The J Dilla Foundation seeks to be a staple in the movement for progressive music education. We also hope to be leaders in the efforts to enhance and develop arts programs in urban communities.
Our programs were designed from strategic market research and need assessments. All recipients and participants will be carefully selected. We mean for these initiatives to influence youth in a positive manner by motivating and cultivating creativity while stressing the importance of urban music in academia.
By providing students with such progressive programs we can help develop not only talent and creativity, but also professional leadership skills that will extend into successful careers.
